Indus Education Foundation | IEF
Indus Education Foundation | IEF UK
Indus Education Foundation was found in 2006 with early the idea to increase the literacy rate in Sindh province of Pakistan however during the last 14 years. It has raised about 5000 enrolments in Matiari district of Sindh.
It has recently established its unit in the United Kingdom to raise funds for out of school children in Asia, Europe and Africa but especially for Pakistan’s Sindh province. This unit is new but has long planning to have a memorandum of understanding with different countries and their development sector.
Presently IEF is establishing a project of 100 schools in Sindh province in coordination with Qatar Foundation, Sindh Government and Sindh Doctors Association, UK. By implementing this project, IEF will enrol 30,000 children in three years. These schools are looked after by three different organisations named as Sindh Development Association, Green Tree organisation and IEF Sindh. These schools will be opened and mobilised in Matiari, Sanghar and Badin districts.
IEF is mobilising the communities of the world to think about educating our next generation so that they can save this world from poverty, terrorism and illiteracy.
